project planning, implementation, management, execution and oversight,

data collection, management, analysis and reporting,

regulatory documentation (e.g., CRF, ICF, SOP, WI, annual reports),

Goals: 1) Comprehend pathophysiological mechanisms of psychiatric disorders, 2) Validate computational assays and biomarkers that 3) allow individual treatment predictions in schizophrenia and other psychiatric disorders.

Methods: Multi-modal (ECG, EEG, MRIdrug plasma level, genetic and behavioural data. Analysis using a computational trial-by-trial approach (Bayesian and frequentist) to infer on the transmitter-specific variations of neuromodulation. Programming language: R and Matlab.

Project 1: "A computational trial-by-trial EEG analysis of prediction errors during reward learning".

Pharmacological interventions: amisulpride and biperiden.

Sample: 81 healthy participants.
